This is a 48 hour residential introducing students to the wonders of the Atlantic Ocean, and some of the many non motorised activities it provides. The trip includes,

DAY 1
• 1 pm Arrive at the Centre
• Welcome Room allocation
• 2.30pm Surf Skills
• 6pm Dinner
• 7.30pm Nightline
• 9.30pm Downtime
• 11pm Bed (lights out at 11.30pm)
DAY 2
• 9am Breakfast
• 10am Stand up paddling & Kayaking
• 1pm Lunch
• 2pm Cliff jumping
• 6pm Dinner
• 7.30pm Fun quiz & movie
• 11pm Bed (lights out at 11.30pm)
DAY 3
• 9am Breakfast
• 10am Strip beds & pack
• 10.30am Team building games
• 12.30 Lunch
• 1.30 Depart
